Thank you for the very detailed response, lots of great points in there!

As for that case where you went more in depth with regards to triggering of some core based effect from lazy feature.

In those cases I usually create dedicated action for such feature in the core actions which in theory breaks some form of splitting as why should core know about it, right? Then again, I still consider this a favorable trade-off in that it preserves one way dependency graph!
